Added Muscle for Wide Receivers?

From Tom Brady's minicamp press conference, at least one reporter from the Boston Herald noted a little extra arm muscle:

"For those thinking Tom Brady's pending fatherhood will impact his on-field performance or change his impeccable work habits, the added muscle tone on his arms suggests otherwise. During Brady’s press conference Tuesday, the enhanced definition was noticeable in the cut-off gray T-shirt he wore. His arms looked like Popeye after a hit of spinach. The Pats quarterback probably figures he’s going to need some extra strength for his new deep threats. "
